  1. For the suicide sprints, its endline>fouline back, endline>halfcourt back, endline>other foulline back, endline>full court back. That counts as 1 round. Right? I have a test today so I actually have to go to class so I have to leave early but still want to get the MetCon in for today. Thanks...

  2. Hey Will, it's Mike! Use the width of the gym: it would be (widthwise) sideline > half court < sideline > to opposite sideline < sideline.
