Deadlifts
Great workout today. 135 for the 20 rep dead lift, but I'm very upset with the fact that the treadmill shut down on me twice early on in my run so I had to start again. I should have been at least 90 seconds faster with my overall time. These workouts are like cocaine. I can't get enough of them and I always want more at the end.

todays workout was crazy..I definitely liked it though. The deadlifts got real hard when we had to do 9 reps. I just want to let chris and drew know that we will out perform them because the defense is tougher! 13:00 for time
